Jonathan McPike has over a decade of experience in business and corporate law. While representing investment fund sponsors, he has formed private equity, venture capital, real estate, and hedge funds ranging from $1 million to over $1 billion. Most recently, he co-founded Haven, a one-stop-shop app for small businesses, where he continues to serve as general counsel. Jonathan holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame Mendoza College of Business (Go Irish!), a J.D. from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law–Bloomington, and a B.S. and B.A. in economics and political science from American University.
He is licensed to practice law in Indiana and Illinois.
